Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking, establishing a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the UAE Interior Fit Out Industry - Residential projects/Turnkey Projects.
  3. Must have end customers from Real estate/Facility management/SME/Freezone entities.
  4. Hands-on experience in AutoCAD software.
  5. Experience in client presentation & providing technical specifications about the project.
  6. Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations that effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our products/services to diverse audiences.
  7. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms that align with company goals and client satisfaction.
  8. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  9. Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage sales activities, and analyze sales performance, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales or business development, showcasing a proven track record of success.
  2. A results-oriented mindset, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
