Your Role

As the Head of Ecommerce Delivery, you will lead our new Middle East branch, collaborating closely with the Founder. Your role involves shaping strategy, executing plans, and driving growth to build a multi-million-dollar business unit. You will oversee teams in Strategy, UX, Project Management, Technology, and QA, focusing on profitability, operational success, and industry innovation. Your goal is to scale our Shopify Plus and VTEX practices into a $5M business within three years.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and be accountable for the delivery teams and project execution.
Ensure profitability and operational efficiency, managing P&L responsibilities.
Develop talent within the delivery departments.
Oversee end-to-end project management from strategy to delivery.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
Build and scale practice areas in Shopify, CRO, and VTEX.
Drive hiring efforts to build an expert team.
Maintain high service quality across departments.
Manage scope, budget, and timelines for projects.
Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Support sales activities, including proposals and solutioning.
Integrate emerging technologies like AI and automation to enhance delivery.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Collaborate with leadership to align strategies and goals.

KPIs for 2025

Maintain a gross margin of at least 50%.
Achieve over 80% client retention.
Attain Shopify Plus Platinum Partnership in the Middle East.

Requirements

Over 5 years of experience in e-commerce agency roles involving project management, delivery, or strategy.
Experience managing e-commerce projects across SDLC (Shopify, VTEX, Magento, etc.).
Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile experience.
Proven P&L management experience with budgets over $1.5M.
Full project lifecycle management skills.
Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills.
Leadership of cross-functional teams.
Excellent scope and timeline management.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
