HR Manager – Creative, Fast-Paced Industry
Location: Dubai, UAE | Full-time | Sunday to Thursday (KSA working week)
A dynamic organisation in the creative and events space is seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to lead all aspects of human resources planning, culture, and execution. This is a key leadership role responsible for aligning people strategy with business goals, supporting high-performance teams, and driving organisational development in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Shape and deliver HR strategy in line with business objectives and project requirements
• Lead workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition across permanent and freelance roles
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture
• Implement employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR matters and organisational change
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain up-to-date HR policies
• Develop leadership programmes and training to support professional growth
• Manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective resource planning
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organisation
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification a plus)
5+ years of senior HR experience, ideally in creative, marketing, or events-driven environments
Proven leadership in HR strategy, recruitment, and organisational development
Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR compliance
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
Passion for building culture, driving innovation, and enabling people success
Working Week: Sunday to Thursday (aligned with the Saudi/KSA work week)
