Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome customers professionally upon their entry into the branch.
  2. Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate staff or service channels (e.g., teller, banker, ATM).
  3. Educate and assist customers with digital banking tools, mobile apps, and self-service kiosks.
  4. Manage lobby traffic, maintain queue flow, and reduce customer wait times.
  5. Handle basic customer inquiries regarding accounts, branch services, and product offerings.
  6. Promote bank products, services, and special offers aligned with customer needs.
  7. Collect and act on customer feedback to improve service delivery.
  8. Support branch operations with administrative tasks as needed.
  9. Ensure the lobby and self-service areas are clean, orderly, and well-stocked with marketing materials.
  10. Follow all bank policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.

Job Skills & Qualifications:
