Job Title: Telesales Executive

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
  2. Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.
  3. Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
  4. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
  5. Managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
  6. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  7. Using sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and handle customer rejections.
  8. Gaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs.
  9. Consistently meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets related to call volume and sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • High school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related fields is preferred.
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.
  • Proven experience as a telesales executive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to follow scripts effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
