Job Description

1. Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out as per annual maintenance contract.
2. Ensure all one-time works are carried out to the highest standards.
3. Communicate with customers about the status of service at required intervals.
4. Coordinate with other departments to obtain spare parts in a timely manner.
5. Prepare reports required by the management system in a timely manner.
6. Conduct data analysis and identify improvement opportunities to take suitable actions.
7. Assist Maintenance supervisor/technician in solving complicated problems.
8. Allocate jobs to the team and ensure that the team attends to cases based on the priority of calls, updating the system accordingly.
9. Verify quotations to be sent, observation reports, and other documents.
10. Assist in conducting customer satisfaction surveys at required intervals.
11. Cross-verify service reports.
12. Plan and execute other one-time works.
13. Allocate manpower and plan for each job.
14. Coordinate with other departments to execute tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. More than 5 years of experience in HVAC background.
2. Preferably BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
3. Must submit previous work referrals.
4. Sincere, well-groomed, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
