We're looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (Europe) to take full ownership of our European commercial operations, including established markets like Germany, the UK, and Italy, and to drive expansion across the region. This is a rare opportunity to lead from the front, build high-performing teams, and shape regional growth for an internationally respected brand.

What You'll Do
  1. Lead the European commercial strategy, aligned with global business goals.
  2. Manage and mentor Country VPs (Germany, UK, Italy).
  3. Drive market growth, pricing, profitability, and customer expansion.
  4. Build and scale a high-performing sales and commercial organization.
  5. Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams.
  6. Travel frequently to key European markets.
What We're Looking For
  1. 18+ years of commercial leadership experience, including pan-European oversight.
  2. Proven P&L ownership, growth delivery, and turnaround capability.
  3. Strong background in B2B/B2C/retail channel strategy.
  4. Inspirational team leader with cross-cultural expertise.
  5. Fluent in English; European languages a plus.
  6. Willing to relocate to the UAE and travel regularly across Europe.
