Job Description:

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Digital Products and Services in Dubai, UAE, to support our Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in technical and commercial relationships involving tailor-made solutions in a multinational company, preferably in Oil and Gas or Rotating Equipment.

The responsibilities include:

  • Determining customer requirements and market needs
  • Identifying new markets and applications
  • Pricing products in coordination with Product Management
  • Conducting technical analysis of competitors
  • Updating market research data
  • Defining regional DPS sales strategy aligned with global and regional strategies
  • Supporting the implementation of action plans
  • Managing regional order intake and sales forecasts
  • Reviewing sales performance regularly
  • Guiding the regional DPS sales team
  • Supporting sales for strategic projects
  • Managing process workflows and reporting
  • Documenting forecasts and order intake in CRM
  • Organizing exhibitions and user meetings
  • Developing and coaching the sales team on technical and commercial topics
  • Identifying necessary sales setup and partnerships
  • Supporting HR in recruitment and onboarding processes

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in tailored technical and commercial solutions
  • Understanding of digital solutions, hardware, software, IoT, cloud solutions, and machinery principles
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
  • Professional communication skills
  • Knowledge of international business practices and regulations
  • Willingness to travel and cultural adaptability
