Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the asset management processes within the organization, ensuring compliance with international standards and internal policies. Key responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing the ISO 55001 external annual audit process, ensuring compliance with the international standard for asset management, and providing regular progress reports.
2. Conducting reviews to identify areas needing improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance value management.
3. Collaborating with audit teams and stakeholders to address non-conformities, developing and evaluating action plans to rectify deficiencies, and improve asset management practices.
4. Coordinating internal asset management audits, ensuring compliance with internal standards, and reporting progress.
5. Developing and updating asset management policies, procedures, and conducting awareness workshops.
6. Identifying and monitoring new initiatives and projects related to assets to assess and improve asset maturity levels.
7. Monitoring risks related to assets, ensuring risk management and emergency response plans are in place.
8. Reviewing KPIs related to the asset management system, analyzing results, and recommending improvements.
9. Preparing and overseeing the implementation of the asset strategy aligned with organizational goals and global best practices.
10. Coordinating value management efforts with relevant departments, ensuring effective communication, and adherence to standards.
11. Developing and supervising the circular economy system in line with international standards, and reporting on its progress.
