Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
   Note: Masters degree preferred
2. Experience: Over five years of experience in property assessment, leasing, and real estate operations focusing on the food and beverage industry
3. Training & License: Certifications such as Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) are preferred
4. Professional Certifications: Relevant professional certifications are an advantage
