Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning aligned with strategic goals and deadlines

Delivering timely reports and variance analysis to optimize cost and drive efficiency

Financial Reporting

Preparing IFRS-compliant financial statements and maintained accurate financial records, including consolidated reports

Tax Management

Managing tax planning, compliance, VAT processes and corporate filings

Acting as a key liaison with tax authorities and external advisors

Risk Management & Compliance

Implementing internal controls, assessing financial risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Supporting internal/external audits

Cash & Investment Management

Overseeing cash flow, working capital and banking relationships.

Evaluating investment opportunities and ROI to guide capital allocation

Leadership & Strategic Support

Leading processes, driving results and supporting senior leadership with financial insights for strategic decisions, business planning, and M&A activities

Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, Master's, or equivalent qualification in Finance
  • Professional certification such as CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA/CFA
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in financial management, analysis, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE tax laws, including VAT, corporate tax
  • Strong understanding of international tax principles and how they apply to the UAE
  • Proficiency in financial software, ERPs, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
