Territory Account Executive - Egypt
Salesforce is looking for an experienced, dynamic Account Executive to manage Accounts in Egypt.
Middle East region is seen as a growth engine for the EMEA business unit, in essence a dynamic start-up within a larger organisation.
Based in our new office in Dubai, the Account Executive will be mainly responsible for building new revenue streams through targeted new logo pursuits in Egypt.
This role is a core position within Salesforce, working with other internal Cloud and Partner AEs to lead and manage overall accounts. Your mission:
- Manage medium to large, complex, highly visible, greenfield accounts across various industries in Egypt.
- Lead the entire sales process to meet key performance metrics, focusing on new business acquisition and expanding existing accounts.
- Engage with prospects to position Salesforce solutions through strategic, value-based selling, including business case development, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.
- Interact successfully at the C-level.
- Navigate organizational structures strategically.
- Coordinate effectively with Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners to drive account strategy.
- Create and emphasize strategic initiatives where none previously existed.
- Accurately forecast and achieve revenue targets.
Required experience:
- A minimum of 5 years in quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management, selling to commercial or enterprise organizations in Egypt.
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding quotas in recent roles, with at least 5 years selling into commercial or enterprise accounts.
- Preference for recent experience in the software industry; cloud experience is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to nurture and grow accounts.
- Self-starting, risk-taking, and driven to succeed characteristics.
- Proficiency in both oral and written communication.
- Ability to develop strategic account plans for top-tier clients.
- Experience in selling both applications and platform deployment.
- Excellent at managing C-level and LOB relationships.
- Effective at leveraging internal and external networks.
- Collaborative internally to realize deal strategies.
- Proven ability to close sophisticated deals.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Relevant experience, including leadership roles, military service, volunteer work, etc., will be considered.
