Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to lead our sales & business team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare budgets, sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
  2. Define the overall market potential, annual business plan, and forecast.
  3. Develop and grow effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  8. Manage and develop existing and new customers.
  9. Implement proactive territory management to maximize time and resources to grow the business.

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of B2B commercial experience with strong technical affinity and a proven track record in sales and business development in a senior role.
  2. Proven expertise in P&L management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  5. Result-oriented with a customer-focused mindset and a clear understanding of overall business.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance (Strong knowledge of finance is an asset).
