Job Description

Role: Administrative Coordinator

Location: Dubai

Role Purpose:

Assist the Valuation department in registering new requests, emailing and calling clients/customers, arranging inspections, and managing general administrative tasks.

Key Accountabilities of the role:

  • Provide a high level of customer service and care.
  • Represent the company professionally at all business events.
  • Engage in self-development and ongoing personal growth.

Policies, Systems, Processes, and Procedures:

  • Identify and report process issues to senior management to develop solutions that improve efficiency.
  • Utilize MS Office, Oracle, and other ADIB applications effectively.

Valuations:

  • Maintain high standards of work quality.
  • Ensure timely turnaround for all cases.

Training:

  • MS Office, Oracle

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required:

  • Diploma or Degree (preferably in Real Estate Valuation/Projects)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong office management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, CRM, etc.

Previous experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience
