Your Role

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Initiating all approvals according to the process.
2. Managing documentation and customer creation.
3. Job booking and issuing Proforma Invoices (PI).
4. Job release, creating Purchase Requests (PR), and processing B2B orders.
5. Obtaining delivery acknowledgment and updating the customer.
6. Securing delivery approval as per the process.
7. Preparing documents required for deliveries.
8. Sending supervisors for inspections and final commissioning.
9. Getting signed Delivery Orders (DO) and invoicing the job.
10. Updating the forecast file.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0-2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferable.
• Self-motivated, team player, result-oriented, with effective communication skills.
• This role is exclusively for Emirati candidates.
