Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for commercial office (CMO) in Middle East & Africa (MEA).
  2. Support, inform, and develop the MEA countries in all aspects of CMO.
  3. Implement and maintain new group-wide standards and processes.
  4. Improve existing processes together with countries and share best practices.
  5. Ensure and maintain reporting transparency in the area of CMO.
  6. Support and ensure month-end closing in countries is completed on time.
  7. Coordinate and execute CMO trainings for MEA countries, including regular qualification assessments for each country.
  8. Support global projects like Modern Software / Efficient Processes and ensure MEA requirements are embedded into the new software solutions.
  9. Act as a link and MEA voice between Order Management Doka Group CMO DG and MEA countries.
  10. Support execution of daily operations tasks (e.g., delivery documents, invoicing) for small countries with limited local resources.
  11. Act as Operations contact person for the Export Sales team and handle their requirements (e.g., availability checking, intercompany release, and price information).
  12. Coordinate and drive the execution of shipments to MEA export countries together with Order Management Doka Group.
  13. Ensure utilization of statistical declarations for cross-border business.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial office and/or material logistics (preferably in formwork/construction and in Middle East & Africa).
  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations-related studies is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of freight and customs environment in Middle East & Africa.
  • Excellent communication, intercultural, and problem-solving skills.
