Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in event-driven and streaming architectures using Apache Flink, Apache Beam (or Spark Streaming), and Kafka. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Java/Scala, modern DevOps practices, and designing scalable, resilient, and secure data-driven applications. You will play a key role in building enterprise-grade distributed systems for real-time data processing in a high-compliance banking or fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain event-driven streaming solutions using Flink, Beam, or Kafka.
• Write high-performance Java/Scala code with well-structured, testable design patterns.
• Optimize JVM performance for large-scale streaming workloads.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment of microservices.
• Participate in CI/CD practices using GitHub, Jenkins, and related tools.
• Configure and maintain Linux-based environments and scripting.
• Integrate SQL/NoSQL databases into distributed streaming ecosystems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex distributed production systems.
• Implement secure data pipelines that comply with banking and regulatory standards, including encryption, anonymization, and policy control.
• Collaborate in Agile teams, contribute to architecture reviews, and mentor junior team members.

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in Java/Scala, with hands-on experience in Flink, Beam, Kafka.
• Experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiar with Redis, caching strategies (nice to have).
• Proficient with Linux, shell scripting, and automation tools.
• Experience in CI/CD, version control, and DevOps practices.
• Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Sound knowledge of networking, CRON, ETL, JDBC/ODBC, and security controls.
• Knowledge of compliance, data governance, and data sensitivity in enterprise-grade systems.

Functional Skills:
