Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional consultant, you will be responsible for implementing solutions that meet the business requirements of AIR Global and identifying potential process efficiencies and improvements achievable through Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of implementation teams of 4-6 members on Enterprise ERP Projects.
- Collaborate directly with clients to implement D365 Finance & SCM modules, including Master Planning & Production, tailored to client business processes.
- Perform requirement gathering and analysis at customer locations, including site visits to understand solution requirements.
- Configure modules such as SCM, product information management, procurement & sourcing, sales & marketing, inventory and warehouse management, transport management, and production control, including user security roles and workflows.
- Configure business process models on LCS and workflows as per requirements.
- Set up configurations for handheld devices and printers for WMS operations.
- Prepare necessary documentation, including functional requirement documents, configuration documents, cut-over plans, training materials (using task recorders from D365 F&O), go-live plans, and project summaries.
- Develop test scripts aligned with business needs and support customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Utilize LCS and Sure Step methodologies for project delivery.
- Participate in data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading activities with junior consultants and clients.
- Assist in user training and UAT processes.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, providing supporting documents like FDD (Functional Design Document).
- Demonstrate Operations modules to prospective clients.
- Continuously upgrade knowledge with new features released by Microsoft.
- Support project management with planning, ETA, deliverables, and status updates.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, IT, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least four years of hands-on experience with Microsoft ERP, including two years specifically with D365 F&O.
- Strong experience in deploying modules such as Product Information Management, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Procurement & Sourcing, and Sales & Marketing.
- Focus areas include Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Trade & Logistics, and Production Modules.
- Experience working with mobile devices and handhelds for business processes like picking, packing, inventory updates, and transfers.
- Experience with quality control, quarantine management, quality orders, and inventory status management.
- Experience deploying solutions for mid to enterprise customers, with at least two full-cycle implementations and international on-site experience, preferably in FMCG, Pharma, or Manufacturing sectors.
- Experience integrating third-party applications and ISVs from Microsoft partners.
- Microsoft certifications in Supply Chain or Operations are advantageous.
- Experience with barcode tracking and using DIXF/Data Management tools for data import/export.
