Job Purpose
Execute and maintain the Knowledge Management system for the Group, facilitate and manage participation in external awards, support the implementation of business & operation excellence frameworks in the Group through consultations and assessments to foster culture of excellence. Facilitate and support the Digital Transformation initiatives for the Segment.
Principal Accountabilities
Knowledge Management
- Manage and maintain the Knowledge Management (KNOX) Portal.
- Promote KM methodologies and integrate business knowledge into policies and procedures.
- Advise business units on KM practices and help build knowledge databases.
- Conduct workshops/interviews to capture undocumented practices for formal documentation.
- Support policy/procedure documentation and process redesign initiatives.
- Assist departments in implementing improvement programs.
Business Excellence
- Facilitate the adoption and implementation of excellence frameworks (DQA, DHDA, EFQM, Malcolm Baldrige).
- Lead the rollout of the ENOC Excellence Framework across the Group.
- Present excellence assessment findings to leadership.
- Manage participation in external awards and maintain a record of group-wide achievements.
Digital Transformation
- Support the GQBE DT Taskforce in digital discovery and roadmap execution.
- Assist in DT initiative rollout and technology adoption.
- Track and report on DT programs and drive culture change.
- Facilitate team engagement, change management, and digital upskilling.
Excellence Culture & Competency
- Deliver training and certifications on excellence models (EFQM, DQA, DHDA).
- Promote knowledge sharing to drive business and operational excellence.
- Design tailored workshops to align BUs with strategic goals.
- Maintain documentation systems via the Quality Portal and other IT tools.
Integrated Management Systems
- Support implementation and upkeep of integrated Quality, Environment, and OH&S systems.
- Conduct internal audits for compliance across QHSE areas.
- Report findings and recommend improvements.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Master's in Business Administration or Quality Management is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior supervisory role.
- At least 5 years in Quality, Business Excellence, or a related discipline.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Knowledge Management principles and practices.
- Certified EFQM/DQA assessor with hands-on assessment experience.
- Background in Quality Management and Customer Relationship Management.
- Internal auditor certification in Quality, Environment, or OH&S systems is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Effective project and team management skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical mindset to evaluate value and drive utilization of innovation initiatives.
