The Role

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Executive Support Associate (EA)to providefractional support (60 hours / month)to the founders of this growing beverage company. The role is Dubai-based and ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on execution and executive-level thinking. You’ll be their on-ground partner in the UAE — a trusted operator who delivers reliably and with pace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Partnership : Be a strategic support to the founders by helping them prioritise their time and communications.
  • Local Presence : Represent the company in person by coordinating and delivering product samples or documents to hotels, restaurants, or event partners.
  • Operational Support : Oversee and maintain administrative workflows, track logistics, and manage light processes with structure and clarity.
  • Supplier Coordination : Act as a key contact for local partners and suppliers, ensuring smooth execution of plans.
  • Hands-on Tasks : Deliver contracts, coordinate drop-offs, and handle time-sensitive errands with efficiency.
  • FYXER Collaboration : Engage with the wider FYXER network to share insights, optimise workflows, and contribute to continual service improvement.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • Based in Dubai with a valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Previous experience as an EA, PA, operations / logistics coordinator, or similar role is ideal.
  • Exceptionally organised, practical, and self-driven.
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-led, and able to represent the brand with confidence and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working flexibly you enjoy a mix of strategic planning and hands-on delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus).
  • You are confident being their local fixer and trusted partner.
  • You thrive in an environment that blends hands-on execution with executive level thinking.
  • Location : Dubai, UAE (on-site presence required).
  • Contract Type : Part-time (fractional, 60 hours / month), with growth potential.
  • Start Date : ASAP.
