Mazidi Homes is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Director to lead and scale our high-performing real estate sales team. This is a strategic leadership role focused on delivering revenue growth, mentoring top agents, and building strong relationships with Dubai's leading developers.

???? Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the off-plan sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across various Dubai real estate markets.
  • Cultivate relationships with key developers, partners, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine the company's offerings.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales agents to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and strong CRM usage across the team.
? Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Dubai real estate, with a proven track record in off-plan sales.
  • Strong network of developers, agents, and investors.
  • Proven experience in managing and scaling real estate teams.
  • Deep understanding of Dubai's property market, trends, and buyer behavior.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • RERA certification is preferred.
