We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Maintenance professionals who pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a BMS Operator, your responsibilities will include supervising and controlling the operation of the building management system and monitoring all plant activities within the headquarters building services. Key responsibilities include:

1. Providing the maintenance supervisor with planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and following up on their implementation.
2. Analyzing plant behavior concerning set points and adjusting control parameters accordingly.
3. Performing daily audits of plant performance using the building management system (BMS), including data logging, plant review, and alarm status monitoring.
4. Diagnosing plant failures, analyzing root causes, and recommending remedial actions for supervisor approval.
5. Using logged data to review system performance, proposing improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve service quality.
6. Programming the BMS, PPM system, and other plant systems such as standby power generators, fire fighting pumps, and fire alarm systems for automatic testing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education, Qualifications & Experience

Ideally, candidates should hold a degree in BMS or mechanical engineering, with prior experience in a similar role and proven knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance. Good command of English, fault diagnosis skills, and subsystem rectification abilities are essential.
