A leading Spanish Med-Tech company is seeking a sales professional to represent their innovative CE/MDR-approved device across various medical channels in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in hospitals and clinics, along with proven sales experience in medical devices or wellness technology. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting demos, and negotiating contracts. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.

Mission: Represent and sell our flagship CE/MDR-approved device NESA XSIGNAL (€20 k ticket) across Urology, Rehabilitation and Wellness & Sleep channels in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and manage hospitals, rehab centers, wellness clinics & medical spas.
• Plan and execute in-situ & virtual demos with clinical support.
• Negotiate tenders, contracts (purchase/rental) and close sales.
• Cultivate KOL and distributor partnerships.
• Maintain CRM, report pipeline & KPIs.
Skills
• 3–5 yrs sales in medical-devices, physio-rehab or wellness tech
• Active network in UAE hospitals/clinics/medical spas
• Consultative selling & strong negotiation skills
• Fluent English and Arabic.
• Self-starter with CRM discipline
