About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting within the real estate or construction sector and will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting overall business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strong working knowledge and application of UAE VAT, IFRS standards, AML regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Manage and account for real estate inventory across multiple projects, including preparation of RERA reports.
• Calculate sales team incentives and perform regular reconciliations across various business functions.
• Manage cash flows, treasury functions, and banking operations, primarily within the Dubai market.
• Prepare MIS reports, maintain ledgers, and ensure proper supporting documentation.
• Handle accounts payable processes, invoice management, and related party reconciliations.
• Operate Tally software and assist with day-to-day finance and accounting activities.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting roles within the UAE real estate or reputable contracting/construction sector.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tally and MIS reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of RERA reporting requirements and UAE-specific financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and meet deadlines under pressure.
