Position Purpose

The individual in this role is responsible for developing business within StoneX Retail, focusing on growing trading volumes, customer assets, and profitability with originated partners, specifically targeting the ME region. Success is measured by achieving revenue, profit margin targets, and managing business risks effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Originate high-quality clients for StoneX Retail in ME, aligned with strategic goals and marketing efforts via the FOREX.com brand.
  • Drive business growth in ME by developing new business from primarily self-generated leads.
  • Collaborate with regional, operations, legal, and compliance teams for onboarding and managing clients.
  • Coordinate with other StoneX business units operating in ME to ensure effective cooperation.
  • Work with relationship management teams to maximize commercial opportunities.
  • Report pipeline activities to the Regional head.
  • Provide feedback from prospects, partners, and the market on StoneX Retail and competitors' solutions to relevant teams and leadership.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years in strategic sales or business development, focusing on financial derivatives in ME markets.
  • Strong understanding of trading solutions and leveraged financial products.
  • Proven success in originating retail business that increases revenue and meets profit margins.
  • Ability to negotiate and build relationships with senior executives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Graduate Degree required.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Position based in Dubai.
