Job Mission:

1. Ensure execution of quality control activities on purchased goods and availability of relevant documentation, in accordance with purchase order requirements, project procedures, and contracts, while optimizing costs.
2. Ensure timely updates of Company Information Tools/Systems with accurate information on quality control and inspection activities.
3. Coordinate internal Inspectors and/or Inspection Agencies efficiently to meet project goals through cost-effective and result-oriented solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Review Project Quality Control requirements and contractual documentation to identify discrepancies and prevent misunderstandings, adopting a supply chain management approach.
2. Support the Material Manager (MM) in issuing Project QC procedures.
3. Contribute to finalizing PMC and IDS documentation.
4. Assist MM with PO Inspection Classification.
5. Support engineering in vendor quality control document reviews, such as ITP and Test Procedures.
6. Ensure inspection documentation (Inspection Assignment Package) is ready before inspection activities commence.
7. Plan and organize Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIM), coordinate with vendors, Saipem, clients, and third parties.
8. Manage the inspection notification workflow with clients and third parties, ensuring all documentation is prepared beforehand.
9. Verify conditions after final tests and ensure timely issuance of inspection reports.
