We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven Dealer Relationship Executive who is responsible for managing and marketing assigned dealer relationships. This team member will provide quality customer service by satisfying the business needs of the customers and the Company. This team member's overall responsibility will be to develop dealer relationships that generate contracts according to the Company’s established credit risk and profitability models.

In this role, you will:

  1. Build relationships with dealers by providing the highest quality customer service in the industry.
  2. Effectively manage and market assigned dealer relationships to achieve all quality, pricing, and volume objectives.
  3. Maintain a log of dealer visits and dealer feedback.
  4. Achieve monthly sales targets and margins.
  5. Design dealer segregation.
  6. Ensure the bidding activity is more than 95%.
  7. Ensure all dealers are active on the platform.
  8. Engage with dealers in the auction.
  9. Negotiate well and ensure to achieve the highest margins for the company.
  10. Update the system on time.
  11. Meet all dealers weekly to build a strong relationship.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in used or new vehicle sales, purchases, and management.
  3. Valid UAE driver’s license.
  4. In-depth knowledge of the used car market.
  5. Expertise in a wide range of makes, models, specifications specifically for GCC vehicles.
  6. Analytical, data-driven outlook with strong segmentation skills.
  7. Focus on driving commercial results with measurable KPIs.
  8. Strong negotiation skills.
  9. Strong marketing and sales skills.
  10. Highly presentable individual with a professional attitude.
  11. Ambitious, competitive, and with the stamina to grow within the organization.
  12. Team player.
