Please Note :

This is a commission-based position, with commissions at 50%.

Applicants should have sufficient savings to support themselves during the initial months before generating sales.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Location: Must be based in Dubai.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai’s market.
  • Qualifications: Familiarity with Dubai’s off-plan and secondary real estate landscape; a RERA broker license is an advantage.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a valuable plus.
  • Driven and Client-Focused: A proactive, “go-getter” attitude with a dedication to client success and satisfaction.
  • Mobility: A valid driver’s license is required to support client engagements across Dubai.
