Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hiring Manager (Team Lead) to oversee our recruitment team and drive end-to-end hiring strategies. This role requires a blend of team leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on recruiting expertise to attract top talent across various departments. You will lead a team of recruiters, collaborate closely with department heads, and ensure an efficient and effective hiring process aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
  • Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Drive team efficiency and optimize processes to improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.

Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Partner with department leads and senior management to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
  • Monitor and analyze hiring metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Candidate Management:

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for key roles as needed.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement improvements in recruitment processes, tools, and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to streamline onboarding and retention practices.

Employer Branding:

  • Promote the company’s culture and values through various recruiting channels.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and industry meetups.

Qualifications:
