Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Relationship Officer to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers while advising them on banking products and insurance offerings.
What You Will Be Doing:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing expert advice on banking and insurance products while ensuring suitability for customers.
Consistently achieve sales targets, with a focus on acquiring new business and maintaining a balanced product portfolio.
Ensure full compliance with bank policies, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines.
Stay informed about competitor offerings and actively contribute to process improvements.
Process customer requests and applications accurately and within specified timelines.
Collaborate with Bancassurance Coordinators to ensure smooth and efficient application processing.
Uphold the bank's service standards, HR policies, and code of conduct.
Maximize sales of Bancassurance products, especially those with semi-annual or annual payment modes.
What We Are Looking For:
A sales- and service-oriented individual with excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of banking and insurance products, including RAKBANK's offerings and competitive products from other banks.
The ability to identify cross-sell opportunities across other business divisions to promote Bancassurance products.
A university degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a sales environment.
Strong understanding of RAKBANK's retail products
