Job description

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support & Onboarding: Supervise MENA-based support and onboarding teams, ensuring timely, compliant, and client-centric service delivery. Ensure all activities meet local (SCA) and group compliance standards. Track metrics like CSAT, response times, and onboarding TATs, and implement improvements.
  2. Payments Operations: Oversee daily payment processing, coordinate with banks, PSPs, and finance teams to resolve issues, and ensure reconciliation and compliance across client accounts.
  3. Regulatory & Process Compliance: Ensure operational processes align with SCA regulations, company policies, and best practices. Support audits and improve operational risk management.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years in financial services operations with leadership experience.
  • Deep understanding of client onboarding, payments, and customer support in regulated environments.
  • Experience with financial regulatory authorities, preferably SCA.
  • Proven leadership skills and project management ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
