Job description

Position: This is a full-time teaching position at all campuses (Boys and Girls Schools). My client is seeking highly qualified PK-12 teachers. The school system is authorized for PYP, MYP, and DP and comprises 18 schools across five campuses. We deliver the IB instructional framework aligned with Common Core Standards in English and Mathematics, Next Generation Science, and Colorado State Standards in Social Studies, Arts, Physical Education, and World Languages. About 800 educators teach approximately 10,500 Emirati students and their families.

Requirements to apply:

• Graduate of accredited colleges and universities
• Certification/licensing in Elementary Education or specific content area in Secondary Education
• Highly qualified as per USA No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB), demonstrating subject matter competency in Elementary Education or 24 credits in BA/BS Subject Content
• Knowledge of current teaching methodologies, curriculum, state standards, and performance assessments
• Willingness to collaborate with grade-level teams and staff
• Excellent communication skills, especially with parents
• Experience with NWEA MAP assessments and CCSS Writing Rubrics
• Assessment literate, valuing data-driven instruction
• Collaborative attitude and engagement in professional learning communities
• Ability to differentiate instruction and engage students
• Technologically proficient
• Culturally competent

Applicants will be required to:

• Provide two verifiable references, including a supervisor
• Successfully complete screening interview
• Demonstrate strong content knowledge, especially in Math and English
• Pass security checks in UAE or home country

Salary Package: Starting salaries (tax-free in USD) range from 12,100 AED to 14,850 AED per month (USD $3,315 to $4,068), with an annual equivalent of $39,750 to $50,000. Additional stipends are available for IB Coordinators. Housing is provided at no cost, consisting of 1 or 2-bedroom apartments depending on dependents, valued at 75,000 AED to 120,000 AED annually, plus electricity allowances. Note: shared accommodation is not provided.
