Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and threats within the organization’s operations and assets.
2. Develop and implement risk management strategies that align with corporate objectives, ensuring a proactive approach to potential risks.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enforce risk mitigation plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Lead incident response initiatives, coordinating with relevant departments to minimize impact and streamline recovery efforts.
5. Prepare and present risk management reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommending actionable steps.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management or related fields, with a proven track record of managing complex risk scenarios.
4. Experience in the financial services, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors is preferred for a deeper understanding of industry-specific risks.
5. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage in multinational environments.
6. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in risk assessment tools and software to accurately evaluate risk exposure.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey risk insights and recommendations to various stakeholders.
