With stunning resorts across the globe and exciting expansion plans, Kerzner International offers a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Banquet Manager to join the One&Only F&B team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai.

As part of our global growth, you will play an integral role in the resort’s success, focusing on maximizing guest satisfaction and profitability within the Banqueting Department. You will report directly to the Banquets Operations Manager and should have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role within an upscale 5-star hotel or resort environment, with previous F&B banquet experience. Proven experience in curating exceptional wedding experiences for brides is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to managing busy banquet operations, be capable of working in a multicultural and challenging environment, and demonstrate leadership qualities to supervise and motivate staff while maintaining high standards of service, attention to detail, and adherence to standard operating procedures. Excellent spoken and written English is required; additional languages are a plus.
