Restaurant Manager Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations with a handson approach and maintain exceptional customer service standards Deliver superior food and beverage service maximizing customer satisfaction Conduct daily preshift meetings with employees to review guest profiles service and menu offerings Appraise staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity Organize and supervise shifts to ensure seamless service delivery Lead and manage the restaurant team providing guidance and support as needed Incentivize team members to drive sales and revenue growth Comply with fire regulations health and safety legislation and maintain high standards of hygiene Work effectively under pressure and maintain excellent grooming standards Requirements Ability to multitask organize and prioritize work efficiently Able to meet financial targets and contribute to business growth Strong leadership motivational and people skills with excellent communication abilities Proficiency in French or Italian languages is preferred but not essential
