YOUR ROLE

  • Lead strategic projects on sales and channel excellence within the region.
  • Enforce channel discipline to align with regional growth and development targets.
  • Drive the global, regional, and local implementation of the eCommerce strategy.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities within regional eCommerce channels.
  • Identify underexploited channel growth opportunities within the region.
  • Align with global sales and channel excellence teams for regional rollouts.
  • Collaborate with counterparts from other SBUs to manage shared distributors.
  • Continuously evaluate existing and potential channel partners to optimize regional performance.
  • Cooperate with the pricing team to ensure continuous price alignment across the region.
  • Sponsor or manage key distribution accounts at global, regional, and local levels.
  • Proactively maintain an understanding of market developments and product knowledge.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Proven experience in sales and channel management, tax optimization, and compliance.
  • Strong project management skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
