Job Description
- Collaborate with clients to assess their unique low voltage (ELV) requirements, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations, effectively showcasing the advantages of ELV systems to potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality technical proposals, including project specifications and cost estimates, that align with customer expectations.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and analyze market trends and competitor offerings to provide insights that shape product development and sales strategies.
- Provide on-site technical support during project implementation, ensuring that installations adhere to industry standards and best practices.
- Train clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of ELV systems, fostering a strong understanding and satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows and industry conferences, representing the company and building a network of potential leads and partners.
- Continuously update technical knowledge of ELV products and industry developments to maintain expertise and credibility with clients.
