Job Summary: The Steel Production Workshop Manager will oversee the daily operations of the steel production workshop, ensuring efficient and safe production processes. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Production Operations: Oversee all aspects of steel production, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications. Implement and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and development.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Resource Management: Manage resources, including raw materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including key metrics, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Specific Skills Required:
