Position Overview

Skyview Arabia Building & Construction Materials Trading L.L.C. is seeking a dedicated Sales Support/Customer Service Representative to join our team immediately. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this role is essential in supporting sales performance and market expansion across the UAE and other designated regions (excluding Saudi Arabia). The successful candidate will assist in executing sales strategies, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless coordination with sales teams to achieve revenue targets. This position plays a critical role in fostering a customer-centric approach and collaborating with the Sales Director to enhance market presence and operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

A. Sales Support

  • Assist the Sales Director in implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share across regions (excluding Saudi Arabia).
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports by collecting data, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights for review.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure sales objectives and quotas are tracked and communicated effectively.
  • Help monitor market trends, supply-demand dynamics, and competitor activities to support strategic adjustments and competitive pricing recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to align regional sales efforts with the company's overarching commercial goals.

B. Customer Service

  • Manage customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, acting as a first point of contact to address concerns and enhance loyalty.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms, such as surveys or follow-up calls, to gather insights and support continuous improvement of products and services.
  • Develop and execute customer retention strategies under the guidance of the Sales Director to reduce churn and maximize lifetime value.
  • Work closely with sales support teams to resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

C. Administrative and Operational Support

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Director, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing sales-related documentation.
  • Ensure sales processes are efficient and compliant with company policies, assisting in maintaining scalable operational workflows.
  • Support the management of sales budgets and resources by tracking expenses and providing data for ROI optimization.
  • Coordinate with operations and marketing departments to align sales targets with resource availability and promotional activities.

D. Exhibition and Trade Show Assistance

  • Assist the Sales Director in planning and executing the company's participation in regional exhibitions and trade shows (excluding Saudi Arabia).
  • Support booth management tasks, including supplier coordination and logistics, to ensure impactful brand representation.
  • Help conduct post-event analysis to evaluate lead generation and visibility outcomes, providing feedback to the Sales Director.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales support, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the construction materials / machinery / manufacturing or related industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships and team coordination.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and sales reporting is an advantage.
  • Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Availability: Immediate start required.

Working Conditions

  • Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday), including one hour for lunch, with flexibility for overtime as approved by the Sales Director.
  • Place of Work: Based in Dubai, UAE, with occasional travel within the region as needed.
  • Compliance: Adherence to the company's policies, procedures, and the Delegation of Authority (DOA) matrix, as well as UAE labor regulations.
