We are proud to be partnering with a leading digital agency in Dubai that delivers cutting-edge marketing solutions to brands across the region. We're on the hunt for a results-driven Business Development Executive who knows how to sell digital and close with confidence.

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing digital agency offering a full suite of services including SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, and Web Development. With a strong footprint in the UAE market, they're now expanding their commercial team to take on new business and scale their client portfolio.

The Role

As the Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying, pitching, and converting new business leads across the UAE. You'll be selling performance-focused digital marketing solutions to SMEs and enterprise clients with the backing of a creative, high-performing delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition across the UAE through outreach, meetings, and networking
  • Sell a range of services: SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Content Marketing, Web Design/Development
  • Prepare compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to client goals
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Develop strong client relationships from first contact through to onboarding
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling digital marketing solutions in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of core digital channels and performance metrics
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales and client acquisition
  • Fluent English; excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Based in the UAE with understanding of local business culture
  • Must hold a valid UAE driving license
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Digital agency background
  • Existing UAE client network
