Job Title: Factory Shift Supervisor

Work Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Type: Full Time

Note: UAE based candidates preferred. This is a fixed OT 12-hour shift position, 6 days a week in the factory.

Your Key Responsibilities:
SHEQ
  • Implement and adhere to all Lipton health, safety, food safety, and environmental procedures to ensure a secure working environment, understanding individual legal obligations.
  • Understand material handling ergonomics.
  • Contribute to reducing environmental impacts and costs by optimizing eco-efficient operations.
  • Foster a safe working environment, including food safety, and participate in hazard reporting.
  • Monitor product quality, report faults, detect abnormalities, and take emergency measures. Conduct basic quality checks.
  • Maintain hygienic operations throughout production.
  • Lead emergency response, investigate incidents, and implement preventive measures.
Operations
  • Ensure manpower utilization per shift is balanced according to skills.
  • Conduct effective handovers to incoming operators and coordinators, prioritizing safety, quality, and operational issues.
  • Perform Line Process Confirmations and ensure FMOS and RTPM data are updated accurately.
  • Handle SAP transactions related to manufacturing operations.
  • Update monitoring files and ensure material availability and accuracy.
  • Implement and monitor training programs for operators and contractors.
  • Lead 5S and GMP practices, monitor line performance, and take immediate corrective actions for non-conformances.
  • Coordinate with other departments and liaise with 3PL for manpower support.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and escalate issues timely.
Qualification and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years in manufacturing with high safety and quality standards, GMP familiarity.
  • Experience with teabag technologies (Perfecta, IMA), filling, overwrapping, case packing (minimum 1 year).
  • Collaborative team experience, strong communication skills.

  • Intermediate computer skills, mechanical knowledge, problem-solving skills.
