Job description

Bartenders will use their knowledge and expertise to ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly. They will build relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and meet our guests’ needs. They should be passionate about guest service and detail-oriented — from managing cash to providing accurate information to guests and maintaining high drink quality.

No matter the position, success depends on creating a safe workplace, following company policies, protecting assets, maintaining confidentiality, and presenting a professional appearance. Bartenders will be on their feet and moving around, performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and reaching, including bending, twisting, and stooping. Performing these duties effectively is essential to serve our guests and support our business each day.
