Job Description
- Review and process orders to ensure correct delivery to clients within budgets and time frames.
- Review contracts, including vendor terms and client LPOs.
- Issue invoices to clients and payment requests to accounts, ensuring compliance with payment terms and cash flow requirements.
- Issue POs to suppliers, ensuring products/services meet specifications and budget constraints, while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Communicate with clients regarding order feedback, payments, and schedules.
- Track issued POs to ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Maintain project trackers with details of quantities, values, payments, schedules, and statuses.
- Maintain records, generate reports, and prepare necessary documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for collection and shipping schedules.
- Liaise between clients and installation/subcontractors for delivery and installation arrangements.
- Monitor and resolve order-related concerns.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for inventory audits and accounting purposes.
- Collaborate with the accounts team on payment matters and project closings for revenue recognition.
- Review LC and bank guarantee requirements.
- Support management in recommending strategies for improvement and enhancement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Relevant knowledge of FF&E and fit-out is an advantage.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English.
