Urgent Hiring for Purchasing Specialist - FFE Industry

Vacancy: 1 Position

Job Description
  1. Review and process orders to ensure correct delivery to clients within budgets and time frames.
  2. Review contracts, including vendor terms and client LPOs.
  3. Issue invoices to clients and payment requests to accounts, ensuring compliance with payment terms and cash flow requirements.
  4. Issue POs to suppliers, ensuring products/services meet specifications and budget constraints, while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
  5. Communicate with clients regarding order feedback, payments, and schedules.
  6. Track issued POs to ensure timely delivery to clients.
  7. Maintain project trackers with details of quantities, values, payments, schedules, and statuses.
  8. Maintain records, generate reports, and prepare necessary documentation.
  9. Coordinate logistics for collection and shipping schedules.
  10. Liaise between clients and installation/subcontractors for delivery and installation arrangements.
  11. Monitor and resolve order-related concerns.
  12. Coordinate with the warehouse for inventory audits and accounting purposes.
  13. Collaborate with the accounts team on payment matters and project closings for revenue recognition.
  14. Review LC and bank guarantee requirements.
  15. Support management in recommending strategies for improvement and enhancement.
Desired Candidate Profile
