Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies. The role involves managing campaigns across various platforms, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with internal and external teams to enhance our online presence.

  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing.
  2. Plan and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms.
  3. Manage and grow Powernsun’s online presence through engaging content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  4. Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion data to optimize results.
  5. Coordinate with teams and agencies to develop landing pages, promotional materials, and email campaigns.
  6. Apply SEO best practices and monitor keyword rankings and organic growth.
  7. Track KPIs, generate reports, and present insights to leadership.
  8. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
  9. Support digital aspects of product launches, exhibitions, webinars, and events.
  10. Manage CRM marketing automation flows and platform integrations (Zoho, HubSpot).
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or renewable energy sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp and Zoho Campaigns.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Zoho CRM.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
