Job Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Manage multiple insurance products.
  2. Meet with customers to close deals and drive new FER business.
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales.
  4. Manage attrition and retain existing customers.
  5. Ensure high customer experience by managing turnaround time (TAT).
  6. Achieve monthly insurance FER (personal banking) and individual targets annually.
  7. Develop and strengthen insurance acquisition through effective relationship management aligned with business goals.
  8. Coach direct sales staff to pitch OTC products and support them in upselling life products.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing personal banking customers through professional financial analysis.
  10. Provide superior customer service to enhance the overall customer experience at Mashreq Bank.
  11. Retain customers through active engagement to prevent clawbacks.
  12. Own customer complaints related to insurance; coordinate with relevant teams and providers for resolution.
  13. Offer feedback for improving insurance products, services, and processes to reduce cycle time, costs, and enhance satisfaction.
  14. Increase penetration in assigned target companies by meeting Key Performance Area (KPA) standards.
  15. Act as an external contact point between the bank and its markets.
  16. Handle objections effectively to encourage purchase.
  17. Provide accurate cost calculations and quotations to customers.
  18. Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM systems.
  19. Participate in team activities such as morning huddles, training, coaching, and compliance.
  20. Possess thorough knowledge of products, services, policies, and processes in retail banking at Mashreq Bank.
  21. Postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA, with strong numeric skills and 1-2 years of insurance sales experience.
  22. Understand customer financials.
  23. Possess a sales mindset with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
