About the Job

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the security operations of the establishment to ensure the safety and well-being of guests, employees, and property. They play a crucial role in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading, training, and supervising a team of security personnel, including officers and guards.
2. Scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and ensuring proper coverage for 24/7 security.
3. Monitoring CCTV, alarms (fire, emergency, panic), and other security systems to detect suspicious activities.
4. Conducting regular patrols of the premises, including public areas, guest floors, parking lots, and back-of-house areas.
5. Responding promptly to emergencies and incidents, taking appropriate actions to maintain order and safety.
6. Providing a visible presence to deter threats and ensure safety.
7. Investigating and documenting security incidents, accidents, and guest complaints.
8. Fostering professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional guest service within the security team.
9. Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
10. Collaborating with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
11. Enforcing access control measures and verifying identities for restricted areas.
12. Identifying security risks and developing mitigation strategies.
13. Implementing preventive measures to minimize incidents, theft, and property damage.
14. Maintaining vigilant communication and monitoring for suspicious activities on the property.
15. Having experience in CPR, first aid, firefighting, crowd control, and traffic control.
