Job Description: Spa Therapist

The Spa Therapist is responsible for providing a range of treatments and ensuring guest satisfaction in a professional and hygienic manner. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of spa treatments, ingredients, equipment operation, and excellent guest care skills.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficiency in all treatments offered in the spa menu.
  • Thorough knowledge of treatment ingredients, recipes, procedures, and benefits.
  • Ability to operate treatment equipment safely.
  • Appropriate use and prescription of therapy and retail products.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a 5-star environment.
  • Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Delivering treatments professionally, observing grooming standards, and managing time efficiently.
  2. Ensuring guest comfort, privacy, and proper treatment room presentation.
  3. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards for all surfaces and equipment.
  4. Reporting equipment malfunctions, damages, and stock shortages to the Spa Manager/Supervisor.
  5. Participating in ongoing training and self-development activities.
  6. Upholding confidentiality and representing the company’s values and culture.
