Job Overview:
As an Off-Plan Property Consultant at Hamptons International, you will specialize in promoting and selling pre-construction (off-plan) residential and commercial developments from top-tier developers across Dubai. Your role is client-facing and sales-focused, requiring in-depth knowledge of the market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Off-Plan Sales & Advisory
- Promote a wide range of off-plan projects to clients, highlighting key features, payment plans, ROI potential, and market positioning.
- Guide clients through the purchase process from project presentation to contract signing and payment milestones.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all current and upcoming off-plan launches in Dubai.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with local and international buyers, investors, and HNWIs.
- Conduct consultations (in-person or virtual) to understand client goals and match them with suitable off-plan opportunities.
- Deliver a premium experience to ensure trust, referrals, and repeat business.
Sales Performance & Reporting
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and deals using CRM tools.
- Prepare and submit regular sales activity and forecast reports to management.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor Dubai's off-plan market trends, upcoming developments, pricing shifts, and buyer preferences.
- Provide comparative investment analysis and market insights to support client decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales in Dubai.
- Strong network and familiarity with major UAE developers and their portfolios.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- RERA certification (required or willing to obtain).
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in lead generation.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
- Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Hindi, etc.) are a plus.
