Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to engage with digital leads generated from social media campaigns and other marketing channels. The role involves understanding investor profiles and recommending suitable real estate investment opportunities on our platform. You will also be responsible for upselling and cross-selling additional investment opportunities to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Building:
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing investors.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients have a positive experience with our platform.
    • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to enhance investor satisfaction.
  2. Market & Product Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on the real estate market trends in the UAE.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of our platform's offerings and competitive advantages.
  3. Reporting & Analytics:
    • Track and report on lead engagement, conversion rates, and client feedback.
    • Provide regular updates to the Head of Investor Relations on your activities and outcomes.
What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in telesales, relationship management, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate or financial services sector.
  • Experience working with digital leads and CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
