Position Title: Customer Service Supervisor Employment Type: Full Time Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A premier luxury event planning firm based in Dubai, renowned for crafting exceptional experiences with precision, creativity, and elegance Job Description: • Lead and mentor the customer service team, distribute tasks based on client urgency, and manage internal conflicts to foster a collaborative team culture. • Oversee all client communication channels, ensure timely and professional responses, and address critical complaints with empathy while ensuring client satisfaction. • Schedule client meetings, manage CRM data, redirect inquiries to relevant departments, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations. • Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, make data-driven decisions to address recurring issues, and implement improvement initiatives for departmental growth.

• Open to Arabic female national, 40 years old below • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in events, hospitality, or client-facing industries • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
